ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

Qalamé

Before Order Processing:
Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team (via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or Email).

After Order Processing / Dispatch:
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can still request an exchange after receiving the parcel (according to our Return & Exchange Policy).

Prepaid Orders:
For prepaid orders (via bank transfer/online payment), the order can only be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
If you cancel repeatedly after dispatch, Qalamé reserves the right to limit future COD orders to ensure fair service for all customers.
