🛍 Orders
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect details, or payment issues.

💳 Pricing & Payment
• All prices on our website and social media pages are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• Prices may change without prior notice due to fabric availability or market fluctuations.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payments through secure gateways.

🚚 Delivery
• Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 4–5 working days.
• Remote areas may take longer depending on the courier.
• Qalamé is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
• Qalamé offers exchanges in case of defects, wrong size, or incorrect product delivered.
• Refunds are not offered, except in special cases approved by management.

Order Cancellations
• Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours of placement.
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Qalamé is not responsible for any indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party courier services.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
