• Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer.

• Delivery Charges:
• Standard shipping charges apply (displayed at checkout).
• Free delivery may be offered during special promotions or campaigns.

• Order Processing:
• Orders are processed after confirmation through call/SMS/WhatsApp.
• Once processed, customers receive a tracking ID to monitor their parcel.

• Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available nationwide. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery.

• Prepaid Orders:
Customers who choose prepaid payment will get priority dispatch.

• Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays) may cause slight delays. We’ll keep you updated in such cases.

• Delivery Coverage:
Qalamé currently delivers all across Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.
