Refund Policy

At Qalamé, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, as per our business policy, we generally do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and delivered. Instead, we provide a flexible Exchange Policy to ensure you get the right product.

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
• If the product is out of stock after you have made a prepaid order.
• If you received a defective product and no replacement is available.
• If an incorrect item was delivered and exchange is not possible.

🔄 Refund Method
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be made via bank transfer or store credit (as per customer preference).
• The process may take 7–10 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Cases
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Color or minor design variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders – these are eligible only for exchange, not refund.
