Change of Mind

• You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Courier charges for change of mind will be borne by the customer.
• Refunds are not applicable on change of mind orders, only exchange is possible in change of mind condition.


Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us official.qalame@gmail.com or
contact whatsapp: 03701535734 within 24 hours with pictures as a proof.
• In such cases, Qalamé will happily arrange an exchange or full refund, and all courier charges will be covered by us.

Sale & Discounted Items

• Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damage.


Conditions

• Returns and exchanges are processed only after quality check of the product.
• Items that are used, washed, altered, or without tags will not be accepted.
